BEACON FALLS, Conn. — Laundry equipment manufacturer LAVATEC reports it has launched a new companion website for certified spare parts, NewChapterParts.com.

The company says the website offers an easy-to-navigate e-commerce platform that helps increase the speed and accuracy of placing an accurate parts order and provides reliable worldwide shipping for fast delivery.

“With more than 20,000 LAVATEC machines in service today, we felt it was time to give customers the ease and convenience they’re used to when ordering their favorite products on retail websites,” says Mark Thrasher, president and CEO of Lavatec Laundry Technology.

“New Chapter Parts makes it easy to search for high quality commercial spare parts and consumables for the industrial laundry market, which helps operators maintain their production uptime.”

The company says that website visitors will notice a wide variety of products available for LAVATEC equipment, including tunnel washers, dryers, washer-extractors and other water extraction presses.

The site is optimized for viewing on mobile devices and tablets as well. Simply sign up for an account to access the extensive parts inventory, and a search button expedites the process with shopping cart ease.

“We are adding inventory on a weekly basis of the most commonly ordered LAVATEC certified spare parts right here in the U.S.,” says Thrasher. “There can be a huge difference between parts that are labeled ‘compatible’ and what is actually certified and recommended by the manufacturer.

“NewChapterParts.com offers a convenient and safe option for customers to buy LAVATEC-certified parts for use with LAVATEC machines. If you don’t see a part you need, use the contact page to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.”

The website retains customer history for repeat and future orders. Payment options include using a credit or debit card, and customers also can sign up for a newsletter that provides regular updates on parts availability and special deals.
